Returns are easy for Zimbabwe and neighbouring countries customers!
Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return on your returns note. Lost your returns note, print a new one.
Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Step 3: Organise your own method of return. You can print the returns address , this is payable by you and won’t be reimbursed.
Step 4: Get in touch with us to let us know that you have sent your parcel. Oh and don’t forget to keep proof of return or tracking number – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back, please contact us to see where it’s up to.
When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Please wait the allocated time depending on method of shipping chosen before contacting us.

Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 5pm so your order could arrive at the end of the day. If you’re not in when the courier tries to deliver don’t panic! They’ll leave a calling card with further instructions.
Cancellation: We can attempt to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing. This can’t be guaranteed! After this time we can’t cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Amendment: We’re quick at processing orders so any changes must be made before you click ‘Pay Securely’. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.
If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
