Please note, this is our returns policy for online orders only. Our store returns policy may differ. If you have any queries relating to in store purchases please email customercare@sole4soul.co.zw

If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 14 working days for a refund. Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the docket enclosed.

We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item to us for a refund and place a new order.

We are unable to accept returns on items which have caused discomfort or a blister, unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the shoe which has caused this.

We ask that you are cautious when wearing items that are embellished. In cases where embellished items become faulty, we will always try to repair the item for you.

We are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however if the shoes have been damaged in transit (crushed inside the box) we do ask that you send images immediately to customercare@sole4soul.co.zw

If you have any problems with your order not arriving or arriving late, please contact customercare@sole4soul.co.zw as soon as possible. Any missing order queries raised with us 28 days after the order has been sent may result in no further action being taken. This is reflective of the policies of Hermes and Royal Mail and their claims processes.

If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact customercare@sole4soul.co.zw straight away and make sure you keep your packaging and paperwork until the issue is resolved.

Orders originally placed online can be returned to our stores. You can exchange items for something of the same value or more, or the order can be sent back to Head Office the next working day for a refund to be processed.

If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please email customercare@sole4soul.co.zw with the below information:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. A short description of the fault

3. Images of the fault
